Our service include filing and registration of Trade Marks, Service Mark, Copy Rights and Licensing of Trademarks / Confidential Information. We also handle litigation and transactions relating thereto and protection against violation of any such right.
Foreign Investment
We actively assist and guide various individuals and institutional in the area of investment in Thailand both with and without an investment promotion or treaty protection status. Our service are inclusive of the analysis of the implication, protection and restriction provided under the Investment Promotion Act, the Alien Business Law and the Treaty of Amity and Economic Relationship between Thailand and the United States of America.
